BAM! Subscription Policy, Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

These Subscription Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription to Bradfield Analysis Monthly, Inc., doing business as BAM! ("BAM!", "we," "our," or "us").

By purchasing, renewing, or using a BAM! subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About BAM!

BAM! is an independent labor market intelligence publication that analyzes government reports, private-sector data, proprietary research, and alternative data sources to provide subscribers with independent analysis and commentary.

A BAM! subscription provides access to our digital publication and subscriber services. It does not transfer ownership of any publication or intellectual property.

2. Your Subscription

Your subscription includes:

• Access to the current monthly issue.

• Access to new issues published during your active subscription.

• Access to subscriber-only content.

• Access to the BAM! archive while your subscription remains active.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled in accordance with these Terms.

3. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews each month using your selected payment method unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

You authorize BAM! to charge your payment method for each renewal until your subscription ends.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.

4. Pricing

Subscription pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.

Prices may change in the future. If subscription pricing changes, the new price will apply only after reasonable notice has been provided before your next renewal.

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

5. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions require 30 days' advance notice to cancel.

When you submit a cancellation request:

• Your subscription remains active through your final paid subscription period.

• You continue receiving subscriber benefits during that period.

• No additional renewals will occur after your subscription expires.

Example

If you cancel on September 1, your subscription remains active through October.

You will receive the October issue.

You will not be charged for November and will not receive the November issue.

Cancellation requests do not result in refunds for previous subscription charges.

6. Refund Policy

BAM! is a digital subscription service.

Because subscribers receive immediate access to subscriber content, all subscription payments are final.

No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will be issued for:

• Partial subscription periods

• Unused subscriptions

• Failure to read or download an issue

• Forgotten cancellations

• Changes in personal circumstances

• Government shutdowns

• Delayed government reports

• Changes in publication dates

• Temporary service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

• Suspension or termination resulting from violations of these Terms

7. Individual Subscription License

Each subscription is licensed to one individual person only.

A subscription may not be shared by multiple individuals.

Each individual who wishes to access BAM! must maintain their own active subscription.

Subscriptions are intended for individual use only.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you should notify BAM! promptly.

9. Sharing and Redistribution

Your subscription allows access only for your own personal or professional use.

Without prior written permission from BAM!, you may not:

• Share your login credentials.

• Permit another individual to access your account.

• Email complete issues to others.

• Upload BAM! publications to shared drives, cloud storage, intranets, websites, or file-sharing services.

• Post subscriber content publicly.

10. Artificial Intelligence

BAM! content may not be used to train, fine-tune, evaluate, improve, retrieve, augment, or develop artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, large language models, retrieval systems, or similar technologies without the prior written permission of Bradfield Analysis Monthly, Inc.

11. Limited Quotations

Reasonable quotations from BAM! may be used for commentary, criticism, academic discussion, reviews, or news reporting provided:

• The quotation is reasonable in length.

• BAM! is clearly identified as the source.

• The quotation does not substitute for the original publication.

Reproduction of complete issues or substantial portions of BAM! is prohibited without written permission.

12. Intellectual Property

All BAM! publications, articles, graphics, illustrations, charts, logos, branding, scores, indexes, methodologies, formulas, calculations, software, designs, and other content are the exclusive intellectual property of Bradfield Analysis Monthly, Inc. unless otherwise indicated.

Your subscription grants only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access BAM! during your active subscription.

No ownership rights are transferred.

13. Proprietary Methodologies

BAM!'s proprietary methodologies, scoring systems, formulas, indexes, frameworks, calculations, models, presentation methods, and analytical approaches constitute valuable intellectual property.

They may not be reproduced, reverse engineered, incorporated into another publication, or used to create competing products without written permission.

14. Subscription Transfers

Subscriptions may not be sold, assigned, transferred, gifted, inherited, or otherwise provided to another individual.

Each subscription is issued to the original subscriber only.

15. Unauthorized Use

If BAM! reasonably believes a subscription is being shared, redistributed, copied, automated, or otherwise used in violation of these Terms, BAM! may immediately:

• Suspend access

• Terminate the subscription

• Block future subscriptions

• Pursue any other remedies available under applicable law

No refund will be issued for subscriptions terminated because of Terms violations.

16. Government Data Delays

BAM! relies upon numerous public and private data providers, including government agencies.

Government shutdowns, funding interruptions, labor disputes, methodology changes, technical failures, delayed publications, natural disasters, cyber incidents, or other events beyond our reasonable control may delay, modify, or prevent the release of source data.

These events do not suspend, reduce, extend, or refund subscription charges.

When official data is unavailable, BAM! may:

• Publish using the best information available.

• Incorporate alternative data sources.

• Update prior analysis when additional information becomes available.

• Modify publication timing when necessary.

Your subscription provides access to BAM!'s independent research and analysis—not a guarantee that any third-party organization will publish information according to its normal schedule.

17. Service Availability

While BAM! strives to provide uninterrupted access, occasional maintenance, upgrades, internet outages, hosting issues, payment processor interruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability.

Temporary interruptions do not entitle subscribers to refunds or credits.

18. Payment Failures

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, subscriber access may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

BAM! may retry declined payments as permitted by our payment processor.

19. Billing Errors and Chargebacks

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact BAM! before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Most billing issues can be resolved quickly.

Initiating a chargeback does not cancel your subscription.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, BAM! may suspend subscriber access while the dispute is pending.

To respond to payment disputes, BAM! may provide payment processors, financial institutions, or card issuers with documentation including:

• Proof of purchase

• Acceptance of these Terms

• Billing history

• Subscription history

• Account access records

• Publication delivery records

• Cancellation requests

• Correspondence relating to the subscription

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent termination of service and refusal of future subscriptions.
